We've planted several varieties of- mostly heirloom- tomatoes this year. Some of them have withstood the deluge of July well and others are faltering. This San Marzano plant is astoundingly healthy. I think this is the first time I've ever had a plant with NINE tomatoes on one stem!
A golden late afternoon walk to get my steps in.
It is getting harder to take different shots, at least until the spring flowers start to flower.
Which might not be that long, as the daffodils along the end of our street are in bud already.

“Nine-patch” doily, ivory cotton crochet with each four-inch squares of twelve-petaled flat-Rosette Refined elegance. Made by Mary Baumgartner Miller of Strasburg, North Dakota Design pattern perhaps inherited from her mother Otillia Wolf Baumgartner, born in Strassburg, Cherson.

Looking towards Vauxhall bridge, the red lights of cranes continue to dominate amongst reflections in the water. The MI6 building situated on the right has soft white illuminations to give the building presence, but leave the windows appearing black and the interior is a mystery.
Close to the centre of the image, the construction site of One Blackfriars is seen. The orange glow of the building's lower floors indicate its inhabitation before completion.

This is the place where a billboard used to be, near downtown Calgary. Jack drove me here to see if my idea of a 'Niner' process would work.
The idea is to take nine shots. The center shot is nice and sharp, with lensbaby centered. Each of the 8 shots around it are taken with the lensbaby's focus spot at the inside corner.
The shots are aranged onto a tic-tac-toe grid made up of some other square texture. In this case the texture is from the fine collection by les-brumes.
This Nine-banded Armadillo, Dasypus novemcinctus, was photographed in Panama, as part of a research project utilizing motion-activated camera-traps.
