Nice view, isn't it?
I took this photo from Hildigarð's Bed and Breakfast in Hvalba. The weather was very nice, it was a day in May 2009.
Hvalba is a village in Suðuroy. Suðuroy is the southernmost island in the Faroe Islands. The population of Hvalba is around 625.

Urbex in Georgia. It's onknown to us, what this building has been. We thought a Hotel. It was situated on a very nice place, with a beautiful view on the Caucasus Mountains.
Heading Up The Mound, Edinburgh City
The Christmas tree on the Mound. A gift from the people of Bergen's Hordaland Community in Norway, the 20ft tree weighs more than three tonnes.It is the 28th year of this special bond of friendship between Norway and Scotland marking the assistance us Scots provided during those dark days of World War II.
Upon the fall of Norway in 1940, more than 7,000 exiles were based in Scotland as the Norwegian Brigade, fighting to free their country. The help and support they received from us Scots has never been forgotten.
This was the very dangerous road, we drove on. Passing was almost impossible. We had to stop here, because furtheron there was a Landslide and we couldn't pass it, so we had to go back.

British artist Bruce Munro transforms St.Andrew Square Garden, Edinburgh into a Field of Lights.
There are 9,500 lighted glass spheres which rise up from the ground on slender stems to create a multi coloured glow of lights which slowly dissolve and change colour and sway gently in the breeze like a field of flowers.

Handheld grab shots of the Castle draped in red. This is
all I got as when I got back armed with a tripod the red lights were no more.
People burning things in the lava, and around the volcano This illustrates how quickly the lava stream cools and turns into rocks. Apparently on certain days there is a lot more lava flow, but this will suffice... What an experience. SO worth the difficult climb
