those photos are from my old film camera and film was very overdue so quality are not so good....I'm really sorry.
Needless to say, this thing has not seen much action in the last few (alright 6!!!) months. Being the new year and all, I am all motivated and I get on this thing and go for about a half and hour. Surprisingly I was not winded and I actually still felt pretty good when I headed into the cool down phase. Some function that I had never noticed on the monitor distracted me and I decided to look up what it meant in the manual. Being the klutz that I am, I somehow got involved in the book and walked right off the back of the treadmill and fell on my face! I can't believe I fell off a teadmill, and at low speed even !! It all happened in slow motion and I did not know whether to laugh or cry. I ended up laughing but damn does my wrist and shoulder hurt now. I am just glad that nobody saw me do it!!

One of my New Year's resolutions this year is to cook more, so I treated myself to a brand new cook book. I can't wait to try it out!

Started my new year's resolutions early yesterday by going for a run for the first time in over 6 months (well over 6 months). This is the sun shining through the balcony onto my leg as I sat gasping for breath when I got back home.

One of my New Year's resolutions is to get back into my pre-Jackson clothes. So I'm going to take lots of walks and soon am going to start up doing sit-ups. Left: my workout clothes, and a texture from here, and right: the view I'll be seeing more often now!
