Morning walkers make their way along the Southwest Greenway toward Michigan Central Station and the Newlab entrance on 15th Street in Detroit, ahead of the inaugural Automotive Semiconductor Forum, hosted by the mstar initiative, on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
The inaugural Automotive Semiconductor Forum, hosted by the mstar (Michigan Semiconductor Talent and Technology for Automotive Research) initiative, featured keynote talks from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, General Motors, imec, KLA, Torc Robotics, and MEMRYX, along with Washtenaw Community College, highlighting how semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and new materials are shaping the future of mobility.
