As part of SEIS Thandanani Crèche will be receiving:

1. Additional building – Kitchen, office, pantry/storage facility

2. Repairs: Floor and roof repaired, and doors painted

3. Fencing - the facility needed fencing.

4. Health & Safety: Fire extinguisher, first aid box, safety signage, and a fenced waste pit added.

5. Toilet facility: toilets were added to the facility

 

All work at the centre was concluded February 2019.

|| Description: A purpose built retirement living complex of 62 apartments to house retired people providing associated communal facilities has been constructed on a site that was previously used for 12 bungalows.

 

The scheme was built in partnership with ROK, The Homes and Communities Agency and South Somerset District Council and was completed in the September 2010.

It has been funded with the aid of £3,900,000 worth of public subsidy.

New toilets at Zamani Crèche, which is conditionally registered and awaiting a new PCR certificate for full registration.

As part of SEIS the centre received an additional classroom, a toilet facility, fencing, fire extinguisher installed, waste pit, fixed leaks in the roof, signage
