#DarkHedge, place where were filmed #GameofThrones.

Picture taken on 15 February.

I was told that there had filmed an episode of the TV series Game of Thrones.

The place is called Dark Hedges, and its appeal is how the trees on one side of the street join with the other side creating a real network with its branches, the day when I visited was very cold and ran quite windy.

When I arrived, the first thing I thought was how I wanted to portray the landscape, but was difficult to have as clear the idea before reaching the site because I didn't know him well, not knowing how deep were the branches, how it would be light, if the road was flat or if there were elevations, among many others.

When I arrived I realized it was a very tourist place due to the large number of people that there was, many children, many photos, many cars, many languages.

I had to wait along time in order to obtain a landscape without people because I did not want the human factor in my photography. During that time I took advantage to analyze the scene, on this basis I sought a position where they have lots of branches that accentuated as much as possible in the sky, where every branch of every tree seemed out true neural networks. When I found the right place, I realized that the street had a inclination that would be important to portray, and that added a special depth to my photography, that's what I was trying to find.

In this way I frame the picture with little street, but it look very well the disappearance of this, to giving the sense of depth and focusing the networks formed by the branches of trees.

Unfortunately I didn't have the tripod, added to the dim light I had, I had to increase the ISO to 3200 to find the desired exposure with a speed of 1/60 and thus prevent camera shake.
