Outside the cathedral Notre Dame in Bayeux. It was originally in Romanesque style but later rebuilt in Gothic style. The cathedral was consecrated in 1077 in the presence of William the Conqueror (who was also the Duke of Normandy) - but the build had started already around 1040 and mostly finished in the 15th century. And the tower in the middle of this shot is 19th century. Well, the lower part of it is properly medieval, but that part got renovated and a second level added in 1866 and all given that more-medieval-than-the-Middle-Ages look typical of the Neo-Gothic style.

The inner court at Peterhouse, the oldest college at Cambridge University. Gisborne Court, named after the reverend Francis Gisborne who had made a donation to the college that helped finance this built. It was carried out in the mid 1820s and the style of the buildings were the then very popular Gothic revival style.
The church of St. Elizabeth in Pław is a neo-Gothic building from the second half 19th century. Until 1945, it was a Protestant temple.
I have a special fondness for this place. I was born in Pław and spent my childhood and adolescence.

In the new church of Vallsjö - inaugurated in 1895, and built in Neo-Gothic style (really unusual in this part of the country). This church was built to replace the medieval church of Vallsjö, which was much smaller. Today the choice of place can look a bit weird, since the church is sitting at the outskirts of Sävsjö, a much larger place than Vallsjö. But when the church was built, things were different and Sävsjö just starting to grow after the railway had reached the place. So the place was chosen as a compromise between those who wanted to have it in Sävsjö, and those who wanted it next to the old church (the place now is 4 kilometres away, as the crow flies, from the old one - and a bit longer than that if you want to actually stick to a road).
Boxtel is a small town, but its big church shows that it was an important place once. Just outside the town you'll find a park in which lies this castle, Kasteel Stapelen. The entire complex was given a new look in early neo-Gothic style in 1857-1858, to fit the then popular ideas about what a medieval castle should look like. Towers were heightened, the facade of the chapel was renewed and countless battlements were added to places where there never had been any. Since 1915 the castle has been used as a monastery. In the Middle Ages a miracle occured here which is still celebrated each year with a big procession.
The Herz-Jesu-Kirche (English: Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus) is the largest church in Graz, Austria. It was designed down to the last detail by architect Georg Hauberrisser and constructed from 1881 to 1887.
The church was designed in the Neogothic style, with a large, high nave and under-church. The tower is 109.6 meters tall, making it the third-highest church tower in Austria. Of special note are the stained glass windows, which are among the few extant examples in Austria of Neogothic stained glass.
The altar area was remodelled in 1988 by Gustav Troger, just after the centenary of the church. Apart from that, everything is still according to the architect's concept.

Notre Dame in Baueux is a beautiful medieval cathedral built in both Romanesque and Gothic style (depending on what part of the church you're looking at). But this tower is 19th century. Well, the lower part of it is properly medieval, but that part got renovated and a second level added in 1866 and all given that more-medieval-than-the-Middle-Ages look typical of the Neo-Gothic style. Still, it's pretty to look at.
At the Front Court at King's College, Cambridge.
This grand college was founded back in 1441 - but this Gothic looking building, known as the Wilkin's building after its architect, was not built when the College was founded but 1824-1828 and the style is actually Gothic revival. I assume this style was chosen to match the grand chapel on the other side of the same court.

The Basilica of the National Vow (Spanish: Basílica del Voto Nacional) is a Roman Catholic church located in the historic center of Quito, Ecuador. It is the largest neo-Gothic basilica in the Americas. The basilica arose from the idea of building a monument as a perpetual reminder of the consecration of Ecuador to the Sacred Heart. The basilica remains technically "unfinished." Local legend says that when the Basílica is completed, the end of the world will come.
The Basilica of the National Vote is the most important work of Ecuadorian neo-Gothic architecture and one of the most representative of the American continent, being in turn the largest in lands of the new world. Due to its structure and style, it is compared to two of the great cathedrals around the world: St. Patrick's Cathedral (New York) and Notre Dame Cathedral (Paris).
The central nave is 140 meters long by 35 meters wide and 30 meters high; In addition to 74 meters high on the cruise. The two front towers are 115 meters high each, detail that makes the Basilica the second highest religious structure on the American continent, just behind the Maringá Cathedral in Brazil (124 m), in addition to the tallest structure in the city of Quito DM, although the CFN Tower is considered the tallest modern building in the capital.
There are seven access doors, three on the facade and four sides. A solid underground public crypt, with a peculiar chapel of the same characteristics. It also has an elegant and austere pantheon where the remains of several Heads of State rest.

At Jumièges abbey. The abbey itself is medieval, with roots all the way back to the 7th century and building details preserved from the 10th century. The abbey gatehouse dates to the 14th century. But not this part. This part is actually from the post-religious phase of the complex, built in the 19th century in Neo-Gothic style to house the owner of the plot of land on which the abbey stood. Today it's an office for the administration of the site.

This college was founded (and this part of the college built) in the 1880s. The style is Victorian Late Perpendicular Gothic Revival (though to my untrained eyes it looks an awful lot like Tudor revival), designed by the architect Sir Arthur Blomfield.

Hohenschwangau Castle, which belongs to the neo-Gothic style, was first mentioned in a document in 1090 as "Castrum Swangowe" as the dwelling of the knights of Schwangau. Over the centuries the castle was heavily damaged. In 1832 Crown Prince Maximilian acquired the castle and had it rebuilt into today's castle. After his death, his son, King Ludwig II, took over the property and had it redecorated according to his preferences. The castle is located directly opposite Neuschwanstein Castle, built for Ludwig II, in the Hohenschwangau district of the municipality of Schwangau near Füssen in Bavaria.

This Neo-Gothic church in the old town of Wittenberge was built 1870-72. It replaced a small and dilapidated church from the 18th century, which in turn had been a replacement for an earlier church that had burnt down (as had its predecessor...!).

Hluboká Castle (Schloss Frauenberg) is a romantic Neo-Gothic château situated in Hluboká nad Vltavou in the Czech Republic.
In the distance, four towers emerge from behind the trees; is it a church, a castle? Nothing of the sort, it is an old spinning mill built in a neo-gothic style in 1858 by Charles Levavasseur, now abandoned. It was built in Pont-Saint-Pierre, in Normandy.

Cuijk has a striking silhouette with three towers, one of the previous and two of the current church building. The sacristy of these was built against the tower that remained of the former Gothic pseudo-basilica from the period 1485-1520. The new church was built in neo-Gothic style between 1911 and 1913. It was designed by architect C. Franssen from Roermond.

Another contribution to the architectural style of the basilica is shown in the rosettes, whose designs are generally geometric figures in traditional Gothic, but in the National Vote are representations of lilies and orchids, symbol flowers of the city of Quito and Ecuador respectively . There is an intentional opening in the rosette located in the main entrance, which has the shape of the heart of Jesus crowned by a Latin cross.
The main church of Fuissé was built in 1872 by a pupil of Violet le Duc in a flamboyant neo-Gothic style. At that time, it replaced the old 12th century Romanesque church, the small tower that can be seen below, which was then desacralized. Nowadays, the old Romanesque church has recently become a wine cellar.

The charming church in the village of Bladon, Oxfordshire (the 2011 census shows 898 inhabitants in Bladon). The church is not medieval but 19th century.
The village had a church dating to the 11 or 12 century, but that one was demolished in 1802 and a couple of years later, this church was finished. It was then completely rebuilt in 1891 in the Gothic revival style (after plans by the architect Arthur Blomfield).
The burials of the Churchills (including Winston and his wife Clementine) can be found behind the church.
