Designed by Thomas Telford (1757-1834) for the New Main Line Canal that linked Birmingham to Wolverhampton.

Grade ll listed.

 

Old Turn Junction is where the BCN Main Line meets the BCN Oozells Street Loop.

There is a navigation light near the south end of the park.

Midsummer is always a special day. That Midsummers cruise with dear friends, on Little Belt, marked a big shift in my life. As time goes by, the significance of this specific day has grown, and it’s deep in my heart. I hope some of the motives compensates the low resolution in the 2009 photos.

Microcontroller #1 is an ATmega324 used for communication, actual and desired headings, and motor control. An ATmega328 is slaved to the GPS to receive the NMEA strings at a 1 Hz rate and ensure the most up to date coordinates are passed to 324 chip upon request.
