This is a lot of books I just sold and I'm keeping a photo record of them. Feel free to comment on any of the titles if they interest you as all of them have been of at least passing interest or use to me at one time or another, and a few here and there have been quite important to me. Like children leaving the nest, some are hard to part with, but they have served their purpose well and are ready to move on. Ah, Books!
The top shelf of my bookcase I bought and had to build. It's from Target, so what do you expect for $30? Well, I'm not the greatest at building stuff as you can see because the backing of the bookcase should be turned around to match the colors of the fake dark brown wood. So, now I've decided to layer it with drawings and pictures as a new backing. What do you guys think? Oh, and check out my books! It's all I have left from my move from Connecticut to Arizona. Remember, I donated 2/3 of my collection to my local Library.

I came across this book that I read as a teenager (all my friends were reading it, too). I decided to reread it (over forty years later) to re-experience what I was reading when I was a teen. I remember that at the time this was considered a rather "racy" book.......by todays standards it seems very mild.
Remember when paperback books were fifty cents? If its still offered in paperback, it probably costs ten to twelve dollars.
My grandmother used to listen to Coughlin on the radio when my father was a boy. I found this book in the garage at my house, which is the house she grew up in. Coughlin was somewhat of a conspiracy theorist.
heartbreaking true account of a family who was targeted by a shooter as they left their church. Two of the four daughters died.
The "premium" offers 1 USB 2.0 and 2 Firewire 400 ports. By specififcation Firewire 400 can be used for power supply. I don't know why but most Firewire devices these days (like the "premium") don't make use of that feature. You need the power brick with Firewire 400 as well -- which is sad, because this is one of the big advantages over USB.
On the positive side, the "premium" offers an additional Firewire port, so you can connect another device and won't lose a port.
The power brick that comes with the "premium" is pretty small (the one in the middle) and light weight. It's a plus but not that important to me.
My mother and I are holding the first copy of my book I published with Jan Tickner in 1997, called "Be Not Ignorant of Satans Devices".. It was in the top ten in its category with a million nine hundred thousand three hundred orders just on Amazon. However, I did not know about that outlet at the time and even though the book went all over the world and I heard from people from many nations who got it somehow, we did not know what we needed to until later.
