Muscle aches are most commonly caused by overexertion. Maybe you simply pushed yourself too hard at the gym, moved some furniture around, or helped a friend move into a new house. When an individual is not responsive to exercises to strengthen a rotator cuff, surgery may be the only option. This is my good friend Matt Torres. He is a creative car guy who is a fabricator, painter, tattoo artist and more. He agreed to be the first subject in my personal project, Real People, where my goal is to capture people as they really are. In our overly-Photoshopped world, I am looking for the dirty, gritty, honest truth in people. I will post more as this project expands.

A hand drawn sketch by Dr. Christensen from the University of Michigan Medical School for the laboratory sessions he conducted in the Medical Histology Course for first year medical students. The drawings were done with felt markers on a white board in the lab during the morning of the day a particular topic was being studied in the course. When the laboratory session began, the drawings were briefly discussed, and they could be seen by the students throughout the laboratory period.

The challenge was Masculinity and I was stumped and too busy to participate earlier in the week. I was driving around Selkirk, Manitoba and saw the car dealerships, instantly I thought of muscle cars and how men seem to like them so much. I know women like them too but this is typically or stereotypically a male thing. Actually, I like this Solstice so maybe it's not a male thing. My son didn't think so either.

Before the big modern concrete edifice at Muscle Beach on the Venice Boardwalk there was a little weight garden surrounded by a short chain link fence. People used to gather around to watch the lifters.
There are almost endless numbers of Hot Wheels generics I would rather poke my own eyes out than buy! Clearly aimed at less discerning youngsters they vary from crap to damn right abysmal! Occasionally they do actually design the odd generic which either strongly resembles a real vehicle or is at least believable in its concept. The Muscle Tone is one such casting which takes its styling cues from various modern era U.S. Muscle Cars and mixes them about a bit. Smoothly styled its one model I do infrequently buy rather than just completely ignore.
This loose and slightly play worn example dates from around 2003 and was found recently in a charity shop by Mikaela.
