A baggage loader or handler flexes his muscles when he sees us in the airside tour : )
Final upload of the Toronto Lester B Pearson International Airport Airside Tour. For us planespotters, the biggest thing of the tour is to see and learn about the behind-the-scene operations of a major airport. During parts of the tour, one can also get very close to the airliners on the apron/ tarmac, something not otherwise possible as a regular passenger.
By the way, do you know that Toronto's main airport is named after former Canadian Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson? He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1957 for organizing the United Nations Emergency Force to resolve the Suez Canal Crisis.
No -not California but Brighton, Sussex although I have seen similar in Santa Monica. This -obviously fit- gentleman stripped off his shirt and balanced on a post.
Today I may have hit a milestone - I worked out THEN did my run.
It was kinda awful and I still feel like jelly.
I do HIIT workouts - 4 per week - 3 and one run per week when it's warm.
Since I hadn't seen any progress in a while and I returned to running last week, I decided to try something new. I could stop at any time if I felt it was too intense. I'm glad I stuck it out.
Jason Statham obviously ganked from the intarwebs...I have to add this one to my rotating desktop of encouragement.

Went to Artsfest this weekend. I missed it last year, so I really wanted to go this year.
Hello Daddy!
I just learned that 2 teams have already advanced to the conference finals after my 48 hours of radio silence. It's time to flex your muscle again LBJ, let's destroy the Pacers and ungrateful Bird. GDP and all the great bench players, let the thunder pay this time. Fuck the leagure and those ridiculous referees. Let's bring back the 2013 finals again!

Royal Navy warship HMS Montrose flexes her warfighting muscle with the successful firing of a Harpoon missile - capable of destroying a target up to 80 miles away.
The anti-ship missile was fired at more than 800 mph into a specially-designed target barge in the Scottish exercise areas, obliterating it within minutes, and demonstrating the type of lethal power the warship wields.
The Royal Navy continually tests its personnel on exercises and training serials which are designed to build a world-class Service, and putting the weapons through their paces is part of ensuring their powerful capability.
Principal Warfare Officer Lieutenant Ben Evans said: “The intensity and stress of conducting complex warfare training increases tenfold when you know that there is almost a quarter of a tonne of warhead on the end of the live missile you are about to fire – but so is the satisfaction increased when you successfully achieve your goal.”
HMS Montrose, which is based at Devonport Naval Base, fired the Harpoon missile during a specialist training week following her participation in Exercise Joint Warrior – a huge multi-national exercise off the coast of Scotland.
