I love glitter. Belle Phénomène apologized for any extra glitter left over in the downstairs bathroom. I also found rhinestones and sequins while tearing my setup down.
I also love it when women have muscles. It's probably William Moulton Marston's fault for cooking up wonder woman
Strobist details: 622 with red gel and a cookie to the left. One 285HV with a 1/4 CTO gel to the right and one 285HV with a Double CTO to the right and back some. All optically triggered from the 144PC in my EP-3's hotshoe.
He was the first 'older' and heavily muscled man I have ever seen in person - I have been a fan ever since.

A great sight for collectors!
A late afternoon BNSF manifest move passes through Lyndale Jct. on the BNSF Wayzata Subdivision as a clear view of downtown Minneapolis provides a backdrop. This subdivision was originally a major inlet for Great Northern freight and passenger trains to enter the Twin Cities area from the west. August 2019
No -not California but Brighton, Sussex although I have seen similar in Santa Monica. This -obviously fit- gentleman stripped off his shirt and balanced on a post.

I took this at the height of last summer on a baking hot day when it was difficult to find shade at the top of Southampton High St. I was testing my recently acquired Contax T2. I spotted this couple looking slightly confused and it turned out they were visiting the city and were looking for a local landmark. I gave them directions in return for a quick photo, without really thinking about backgrounds etc. The guy was a body builder so I didn't want to mess him about. This picture is #35 in my 100 strangers project. Today I may have hit a milestone - I worked out THEN did my run.
It was kinda awful and I still feel like jelly.
I do HIIT workouts - 4 per week - 3 and one run per week when it's warm.
Since I hadn't seen any progress in a while and I returned to running last week, I decided to try something new. I could stop at any time if I felt it was too intense. I'm glad I stuck it out.
Jason Statham obviously ganked from the intarwebs...I have to add this one to my rotating desktop of encouragement.
