I lifted weights for most of my life. It was a start-stop relationship. I was never going to be Mr. America because I was also very dedicated to lifting candy. To my mouth. But strength is good. I studied the big weightlifters; the gigantic men and women that scream in gyms. I loved that part. The screaming while lifting a heavy object. There's probably a Japanese word for that.
now I know, the 'heart muscle' arrived at its destination... :)
yesterday a neighbor walked up the road and delivered a parcel from London (post car can still not come up the road) -- meadowsweet will help my aching joints...

Cooper is a budding superhero. He's working on building his muscles and he was happy to flex them for me. He told me that they are getting really big because he eats all his broccoli!
I love glitter. Belle Phénomène apologized for any extra glitter left over in the downstairs bathroom. I also found rhinestones and sequins while tearing my setup down.
I also love it when women have muscles. It's probably William Moulton Marston's fault for cooking up wonder woman
