This walkway is found in the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC. As you walk through, you are treated with a light show consisting of thousands of LED lights, This work of art is actually called Multiverse. The lights sometimes appear to twinkle randomly like stars.

These are the main characters from the first collection of the Tales from the Dark Multiverse: where the DC stories you know end in a different way than you remember.
Left to right:
Gaia - Terra from New Teen Titans: The Judas Contract kills Deathstroke and the rest of the Titans herself.
The Limbo Lantern - Sinestro from Blackest Night gains the powers of both the White and the Black Lanterns.
Saint Batman - Jean-Paul Valley from Batman: Knightfall refuses to relinquish the mantle of the Batman, and takes control of Gotham.
OMAC-Monitor - Ted Kord/Blue Beetle from Infinite Crisis kills Maxwell Lord and takes the power of the OMAC into his own hands.
The Eradicator - Lois Lane after The Death of Superman merges with the Eradicator to take revenge.
and that's Multiverse Theory's hypothesis of Fictional Realism in a nutshell. I believe I proved it when I entered the door of Alberobello during its mezzogiorno. I'm still not sure if all the hobbitness was real!

This LED sculpture by artist Leo Villareal is part of moving walkway between the East and West buildings of the National Gallery of Art in Washignton, DC. Programmed to form dynamic configurations of white light conveying associations ranging from artificial life to organic form, the programming both instructs the lights and allows for an element of chance. While it's possible that a pattern will repeat during a viewer's experience, it is unlikely. It is one amazingly cool exhibit!

On his travels through the multiverse, Dr. Strange came across many other magic users, all using a different form of magic unique to their universe. When he saw the Hogwarts School for Witchcraft & Wizardry, he got the idea to open his own magic school where wizards, witches, and sorcerers from across the multiverse could share and practice their different mystic arts. At first, Dr. Strange's School for Multiversal Magic was a great success, but tensions at the school rose when they started admitting evil magic users as well. One day during one of Gandalf's lectures, disagreements between the attendants finally escalated into a big fight! It's absolute multiversal mayhem as magic users from the Disney, Marvel, Mario, Minecraft, D&D, LotR, Harry Potter, and Wicked universes are all casting spells at each other! Can Dr. Strange summon them back to their respective universes before things get too out of hand?

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness - An Incursion

Is what the news headlines said about them. In reality however they are the Trinity of the Crime Syndicate from another universe. Long story short, these three appeared in the Unnamed universe accidentally, their arrival triggered by Owlman's experiments into Multiversal transport. They pose as heroes until they've figured out what to do in this new universe. So, let's delve into their backstories.
Ultraman - This version of Ultraman deliberately infected himself with the OMAC virus, in an attempt to become more powerful. This made him virtually unbeatable in his native universe, where he communicates with the Brother Eye satellites, granting him abilities beyond the comprehension of normal people. Which is definitely not me just trying to give a cool justification as to why I gave him the OMAC torso.
Owlman - This Owlman is a tech genius, but is obsessed with the concept of the multiverse, and how everything the Crime Syndicate does on their Earth has been simultaneously done and prevented on a multitude of other Earths throughout the Multiverse. It was his attempt at creating a device for Multiversal travel that caused the trinity's ejection from their universe, into the Unnamed universe.
Superwoman - Though not the official leader of the Crime Syndicate, it's very clear behind the scenes that she is making all the decisions. Ultraman is consumed by the knowledge and powers given to him by Brother eye, and Owlman is so obsessed with his multiverse theory that he may as well be in a different plane of reality. Superwoman is more grounded, focussing her efforts on consolidating the Syndicates power on their own Earth. When she and her cohorts were transported to the unnamed universe, she saw an opportunity to conquer another world, finally seeing what Owlman saw in his multiverse theory.
And I think that's just about it. These three are from what I call the "Original era" time period of the unnamed universe. I might start using these terms for future posts, but I also might not. As always, lemme know if you like what you see, there's still a tiny chance I might one day do something with all these characters.

An aboriginal thunder god and the last survivor of Earth-7. As repayment for his salvation by Nix, the last Monitor, he formed a team of heroes from other dimensions to rescue him from the creatures that destroyed his home - the Justice League of the Multiverse, better known as Justice Incarnate!
I intended to make the whole team, but ran into some trouble with a few members. All that remained that I was truly happy with were Thunderer and Calvin Ellis. His spear is a little too long, but there aren't a lot of trans-light blue options for that sorta thing.
