The cold weather causes the lights at a pedestrian crossing in Shifnal to malfunction.
It was the snow on the light hoods that caught my eye - shows precisely which direction the snow has been coming from.

Slowly the signs are appearing, the colourful season that is autumn, is upon us.
Each season has its own colour-palette, spring with the fresh and pastel, summer with the rich and warm tones, autumn with russet and more ‘spent’ hues and then winter, the cool and more stark and dark colours.
I love each one for these particular reasons.
The apples start falling from the trees, as do the nuts.

While on safari with Flacko and Geoff Main in Robin Valley, we finally got ourselves amongst the birds. Yellow Rumped Thornbills and these Scarlet Robins were found in and around the old ruins of the Space Observatory at Orroral Valley, ACT.

Warrington experienced a stunning multicolour visual display in the night skies as the Northern Lights danced above the town.
So, I couldn't stand to sit at my desk any longer. I took a walk on lunch last week (the last friday I was in anyway...) and I found these berries. I think we used to call them birdberries at home, but I doubt that is their real name.
