I really like this bracelet, especially the way it reflects and refracts the light. Just a quick shot taken on some white paper using a desk lamp for lighting. Straight out of the camera bar sharpening. Should have used a longer exposure to get the background pure white. If you view it on black it doesn't look as bad! Oh well...

Slowly the signs are appearing, the colourful season that is autumn, is upon us.
Each season has its own colour-palette, spring with the fresh and pastel, summer with the rich and warm tones, autumn with russet and more ‘spent’ hues and then winter, the cool and more stark and dark colours.
I love each one for these particular reasons.
The apples start falling from the trees, as do the nuts.

Have you ever noticed the way that the reflected light from CDs or DVDs splits into different colours? I noticed this the other night and have been playing with it ever since.
