The U.S. Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) grant restored the original 13th century design of the shrine using traditional methods, while also ensuring the structural integrity of the building. The renovation included replacement of damaged glazed tiles and removal of white wash to expose and preserve woodwork plus the original design and colors of the frescoes.

200 Deserving People In Multan Receive Assistance Via Al-Khidmat Foundation Food Support Program
Multan, 19-12-2013: Al-Khidmat Foundation Pakistan distributed 200 food packages among deserving families of Multan. The distribution was conducted under Al-Khidmat Foundation’s food support program, which is an effort to assist the poor and deserving people.
The recipients were very happy on receiving the support and they appreciated Al-Khidmat Foundation’s efforts.

Members of Multan Crescent Lions Club and Multan Galaxy Leo Club "Official", visited Muhammadi Dastarkhwan, which is a regular project of Multan Crescent Lions Club, on Sunday December 7, 2014. Lunch for approximately 200-250 underprivileged people were served on a daily basis.

The distribution was conducted under Al-Khidmat Foundation’s winter packages distribution. President Al-Khidmat Foundation Multan Mr. Safdar Iqbal Hashmi was present on the occasion with the Principal of Sarpat School, Mr. Naeemat Maseeh, Mr. Sohrab Younis Pastor, and other members of Christian community. The students were very pleased at receiving the gifts. Al-Khidmat Foundation serves humanity without any racial or religious bias.
