Lions Relieved the Hunger of underprivileged people

At Hazrat Bibi Pak Daman's shrine in Multan, Pakistan.

Multan, 16-12-201: Al-Khidmat Foundation Punjab held a General Council meeting in Multan. The meeting was presided over by Provincial President Rao Muhammad Zaffar. Provincial General Secretary Ikram Ul Haq Subhani, Hafiz Irfan, Syed Burhan Hussain and other Al-Khidmat administrators were also present on the occasion.

The meeting was held to evaluate progress on various Al-Khidmat Foundation projects including disaster-management, orphan care, clean water provision, community services, prisoners’ welfare, and student scholarship projects.

It was revealed that Al-Khidmat Foundation has already constructed 10 residential areas and handed them over to flood affectees. Al-Khidmat Foundation is also providing inexpensive testing services through 50 diagnostic centers which are functional throughout Punjab. Moreover 100 Al-Khidmat Foundation filtration plants are providing clean drinking water to thousands of people. Mr. Rao Muhammad Zaffar stated that Al-Khidmat Foundation will dedicate the year 2014 to ‘clean water provision’.
