Tiny colorful flowers in my March garden.

Processed in the style of Man Ray. However in this shot, the shutter speed was set very low, and the camera was moved rapidly in the horizontal direction.

For this photo I wanted to recreate another light photography that I saw while researching this project. This photo shows motion through the lights forming a colorful ball as the subject of the photo.

This turned out to be somewhat of an abstract shot looking straight up at my hallway ceiling fan

My flash was set way too bright (forgot to reset it froma previous shoot), but at least I tried! I only did a selective coloring on this - otherwise, no photoshop.

For this picture I tried to capture the movement of the person on the bike. The texture turned out really smooth because I lowered the shutter speed which made it motion blurred. This photo is successful because the motion of the person on the bike turned out really good. Some difficulties was to make the subject not too blurred out but make it blurred just right.

Man In Motion sculpture at Muirside roundabout in Tullibody, Clackmannanshire, Scotland, UK. Sculpted by Andy Scott & first erected in February 2008. It was knocked over in a car accident in February 2011 & has been re-erected in April 2012.

Motion project for UCSD class...notice the stick in motion 1/50 and 5.6

Moving at the same speed as the walkers ahead I hoped the slow-ish shutter speed would give a sense of movement in the ground-rush, while keeping the men relatively sharp.
