This photo freezes motion and I personally like it. Since I don't have a camera and I take photos with my smartphone there was no way to change automatic settings so the motion should have been as slow as possible in order to get a photo of a frozen moment. While I like the light behind the hourglass I would prefer to change the background because it ruins the overall effect.

The difference in time between these two photos is less than 5 seconds, showing just how much exposure settings can effect the colour captured.
I'm amazed that the wires managed not to blur (they aren't quite parallel to the road).
