My Kiba is 21 months old now and this will be his second Christmas with us. I wasn't happy with my lighting so I just used an oil filter on this shot. Part 2 of the photo shoot will proceed later and lots of treats will be consumed!

On the hill Hellbrunner Berg, set apart a bit from the Hellbrunn Palace, you find the Monatsschlössl, sometimes also called Schloss Waldems. Santino Solari presumably built it, on order by Prince Archbishop Markus Sittikus in 1615.
The name means "month palace" and legend has it that it is based on a bet that I wouldn′t be feasible to build the palace in a single month. The Monatsschlössl is visible from almost anywhere in southern Salzburg as well as from Hohensalzburg Fortress. On the other side, Hellbrunner Berg will provide you with stunning views towards the city of Salzburg. Since 1923, the Monatsschlössl hosts exhibitions and is used by the Salzburg Museum as a Volkskundemuseum.

June is Pride Month - a time for LGBTQ+ communities to celebrate who they are!
Not everyone will be able to celebrate it this year, considering the circumstances, but I wish you a happy Pride Month regardless!
Henry reached his seven month milestone on the 25th! He now sits up by himself, has three teeth and his two front teeth are finally cutting through. He babbles a lot and loves to socialise and smile at everyone! His favourite things are owls,swings and having his bendy ball thrown up in the air above his head :) This first year of his life is flying by and he already looks less like a baby and more like a little boy.

I can't help it! I have never in my life been more thankful for my photography abilities than I am now. To be able to capture so many great pictures of our boy.... it's just priceless.

Taking an 8 month old downtown is TRICKY! He wanted to eat EVERYTHING and look at anything BUT the camera. I need an assistant.
Yes, I photographed a wedding at 9 months pregnant (36.5 weeks)! Here's a cute picture my husband grabbed of me holding all my gear as we headed over to do family portraits after the couple's ceremony. Yes, I am a trooper!!!
Today Moxie turned six months old, and I thought she should have her portrait taken to commemorate that. It was also my first day off in two weeks!
This ultra-relaxed kitten was more than happy to rest in my husband's arms with flashes firing. In fact, the biggest hurdle was getting her to sit upright enough to be visible! It's fun to compare how she looks now to how she looked three months ago.

We have finally starting to thaw here in the north, which means two things - there is a lot of mud, and the Red River of the North is flooding. At this point we are at "moderate" flood stage, although by Wednesday we are predicted to be in "major". At this point the crest projection is high, but does not threaten our house. In the meantime, Koko is enjoying all the water!
We finished today 19 weeks and will be next Thursday at 20 weeks ( 5 months ). It just feels like yesterday when Laura ran upstairs to wake me up and tell me that the pregnancy test was positive. I can't believe how fast time flies, now we found out it's a girl and just 4 more months and I will be someones Dad!! Wow....
