First attempt at online editing. You know why.
But found the effects real cool.
This is dedicated to Wall Street. And the whole idea of Equity Financing.
And of course to AC-DC, the men.
Used to be open space and farmland. Public was assured it wouldn't be developed. Alas, after many years of waiting for the brouhaha over its possible development to die, the impotent city leaders and California Coastal Commission allowed Donald Trump to buy it. Now, the golf course with exorbitant fees and his neighboring housing sites are selling for millions.
The old Marineland site..same thing. Assurances of non-development after Marineland closed, but now, it's being developed by the for-profit developer and the public officials again demonstrate their impotence and disregard of the public's wishes.
Trying to close the sale but unable to reach agreement, this stall attendant shows signs of stress as she talks on the phone with the shop owner and to the potential buyer simultaneously and working the calculator. Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam, SE Asia

Along with hundreds of thousands more Liverpudlians, I consider it nothing less than criminal that permission was granted to build such grotesque carbuncles in such close proximity to Liverpool's famous waterfront's "Three Graces". Since "money talks," no perpetrators ever paid for this crime. One wonders if some were actually paid to commit said crime.
As a legacy of the days when railways didn't matter the main line to Blackpool Central was first truncated at Blackpool South. Later the line was decimated to a single track worked as a "long siding" and all the unfortunate staff sent on their unhappy way. What an opportunity for the golf club alongside - they snatched up the vacated Up Line trackbed and more - the down line was skewed-over to release extra land for the posh little men to clop their little balls around!! Hence that awkward skew at the north end of Ansdell & Fairhaven's erstwhile island platform. They certainly got their priorities right forty years ago ... and some handsome prizes trousered by "management" and the great and the good ....
I was "Thunderstruck" to see this 'ACDC' "Back in Black" NS horse doing the "Dirty Deed" of hauling tonnage over the "Highway to Hell" that is CP on rail Christmas Eve. Despite being a holiday, I guess they need to move this freight because "Moneytalks" and in today's railroad scene, "Anything Goes" .....
A February series on Stewardship for our congregation. These aren't the official questions yet, they'll change. Went this direction because we're trying to answer both tough and practical questions people have about money. Feedback welcome please.

So called scouse 'militant socialist'-- turned multi-millionaire 'businessman', Derek Hatton.
Spotted a month ago here in his (and my own) home city of Liverpool, which both he and his equally militant adversary Mad Maggie Thatcher, once brought to it's knees. I'll never forgive either of 'em and nor will many, many more Liverpudlians.
