This is my first MOC as an AFOL. I took my inspiration from various terrace houses and styles of architecture in and around my home town of Hobart, it is also reminiscent of terrace houses throughout the UK.
My building includes an interior over two levels as well as an internal spiral staircase and a courtyard garden off the rear extension.

Here's my very first MOC! I decided to create a modular building to go along with the Fire Brigade and Pet Shop which I just purchased and put together. The book store idea just jumped into my head and I went with it. Tell me what you think in the comments, I'd love to get some feedback.
Also, I apologize for the blurriness of most photos...my camera is rubbish and I spend my money on new Lego instead of new cameras :)

Getting close to finishing this. Added the handle today. This sports an arm that allows for bottom bracket widths of 68mm, 73mm, 83mm, 100mm and 120mm by way of a modular set of spacers (73mm spacer shown). The bolt is vented but I'm going to make a set of draw bar type bolts so I can use a heat sink collet too.
Modular Apartment, first floor detail: The kitchen is a little cramped, but what can you expect from a building with a 8x32 footprint? Here's the fridge and a place for the owner to put his bag, plus a decorative golden plate.

These were prototypes of different modular designs (sonobe units and mette rings) for final versions which were to be hung as a mobile for my cousin's newborn twins. Most babies get animals - they better be math prodigies by the time they're out of the crib!
