Designed by me, new origami ball I made with chyiogami paper
www.etsy.com/listing/113017276/star-flower-sg1-modular-or...
Handcrafted uniquely designed origami ball made chiyogami paper! The papers have been folded in a star flower pattern I came up with myself after fiddling around with paper. The flower pattern has been painted with a gold accent after the 30 sheets of paper were folded.
The pattern does not require glue to put it together, but for stability and durability, I have glued the pieces together. The ball is about 4 inches in diameter. A cream tassel and beads are an accent to the ball. It can be hung from the orange wire loop on top.
The design was created on my own, I did not follow any specific instructions for this origami ball. As such, it is unique and cannot be found any where else. The pattern was fun to make, I wanted to design a ball that had a stunning appearance, something unlike any I had previously folded and something to highlight the new chiyogami paper I had just purchased.
