遮光罩用起來怪怪的

To eliminate the friction which causing difficulty to mount/unmount the adapter, I have flattened out the protruding ridge on outer 1mm edge of the adapter (left, side facing the camera).

In case when the adapter is too thick, I also reduce the thickness from the front surface until the lens can achieve focus at infinity (right, side facing the lens). Stock adapter come with chromed surface, the exposed bronze indicating the area which I reduced the thickness from.

Engine still in the back. Not much of an original Bug other than that.

Modified iBook. I used isopropyl alcohol to strip the paint off of the inside of the case.

I luckily got a chance to snap this. Sheer will to make a dead bulldozer function could be only done by a person with immense passion for his job. I am sure many might have teamed up to make this happen. Perfectly done for the steep hilly roads in Darjeeling, India. Hat's off !
