*not my photo* I found this volvo 740 trailer for sale on Craigslist, and I laughed so much because my dad made a trailer extremely similar to this for going camping at drum corps musters, out of the same model volvo, also silver. lol.

The jumper is modified from Otto 3/09 #16 - left off the flutter sleeves and removed one yoke piece so it just has the round collar and then a pleat in the center dress. I was attempting to copy a Mini-Boden dress (big button dress) but not too happy with it - it's somewhat sack-like and hangs funny around the chest. I fully lined it as well and think that's part of the problem with how it lays. Oh well, I just loved the bright colors in this cord!
Shirt and leggings are just basics - shirt from Otto 4/07 and leggings from 1/09, I think.
These Crocs have been modified with the addition of tyre in order to aid the braking and acceration of the rider.

1 T extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 celery stalk, coarsely chopped
1 carrot, coarsely chopped
1 lb ground turkey (95% lean)
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1/4 c flat-leaf Italian parsley, chopped
8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c freshly grated Pecorino Romano
In a large skillet heat the olive oil. When almost smoking, add the onion and garlic and saute over medium heat until the onions become very soft, about 8 minutes.
Add the celery and carrot and saute for 5 minutes.
Raise heat to high and add the ground beef.
Saute, stirring frequently and breaking up any large lumps and cook until meat is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, parsley and basil and cook over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. This will take approximately 30 minutes.
Finish bolognese with Pecorino Romano. Serves 4-6.
I served mine over rotini (Ronzoni Smart taste) w/ Alexia garlic bread.
