LGD WAP7 30290 Clears Okhla at a moderate speed with the bang on time running Nizzamudin - Secunderabad Duronto in tow.It was closely chasing Bandra GR By 10 minutes.

During our decent into Fayetteville, AR we encountered Moderate Icing from 6,000' to 2,000'. In 2 minutes we accumulated 1"+ of ice on the non-heated leading edge surfaces of the aircraft.

Ribs. I can't help myself. My mother-in-law brought home some from their dinner with friends, and she asked if I wanted them. I properly held my restrained composure for about a minute before I excused myself to try them out. My god, they were good. I'm lucky I snapped this before I devoured them. I'm lucky there was only three of them. Moderation has never been a quality of mine. Neither has pacing, slowing down or sitting quietly. I don't know what I would do without external throttles. I have a tendency to over do things and diving head first into something to a point that I can't turn back (not that I would want to).

I first felt like a photo a day was excessive. I initially thought that there was no way I was going to have enough new ideas to shoot and entire year. But now, more than half way through it, I realize that there was enough external variables to hold me back from burning myself out. If I shot more than once a day, I think my brain would melt from photography taking over all aspects of my life.

Push your passions, live fully, moderate your burn out rate. That's one of the keys to getting through your 365 project.

On April 5, Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security and Conflict Transformation (WCAPS) and the Foreign Policy program at The Brookings Institution hosted a discussion on the implications of this complex political environment in which domestic and foreign policy decisions influence each other. The discussion outlined how evidenced-based policy analysis and dialogue can inform a comprehensive U.S. policy. Questions from the audience followed the panel discussions.

The Trump administration has laid out an aggressive vision for a $1 trillion national infrastructure plan to fix the nation’s roads, bridges, tunnels, railroads, and even expand broadband access. Recent action also suggests that Congress has recognized the importance of broadband as the next critical infrastructure asset—and there appears to be bipartisan support to ensure that 21st century technology is available to all communities, especially among rural areas and tribal lands. As the U.S. government considers the specifics of a potentially massive investment in infrastructure, how will broadband be integrated into the broader plan and possibly be aligned with other asset improvements for more intelligent design?

On July 24, 2017, Brookings’ Center for Technology Innovation hosted a forum focused on the inclusion of broadband in the president’s infrastructure plan. What lessons can be learned by the administration from the 2009 National Recovery Act, the Federal Communications Commission’s successful spectrum incentive auctions, and the increasing private investments into broadband networks by service providers? Where are the synergies between the administration’s goals and the movement toward smart cities and the deployment of 5G wireless technologies? How will the pending infrastructure plan promote a long-term vision for increased build-out in rural areas and on tribal lands?

The session began with a congressional perspective of the pending White House plan, which was followed by a panel discussion.
