1913, Models made by the blind children on visits to Sunderland Museum, in which they were allowed to touch the exhibits. The models were made 5 weeks later and made at Sunderland Council Blind School.

“To them, their fingers are eyes”

From 1913, John Alfred Charlton Deas, a former curator at Sunderland Museum, organised several handling sessions for the blind, first offering an invitation to the children from the Sunderland Council Blind School, to handle a few of the collections at Sunderland Museum, which was ‘eagerly accepted’.

An older model designed by a good friend of my by the name of Aioli/Purest. It's directly based off the Kettenkrad seen in the manga/anime series Girls' Last Tour.

Happened on this little beauty as we were leaving the hotel in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. It lives in Connecticut but was on the way to New Hampshire to be restored. OK, it's not actually a 'beauty" just now. But wait a year!

It's a 1929 model.

This is one of my latest models which replicates one of the BMW X5 vehicles that Essex Police use as Armed Response Vehicles. The model is of EU62 EOB. This is the first model I have built of Essex vehicles since they have changed their base colour back over to white in the last couple of years.

The model has been re-sprayed from it's original colour of black, had it's interior painted black, had it's rear windows tinted and full Essex Police livery applied. I've also added a clear Whelen Liberty light bar to the roof and a police comms aerial. The model has had the correct roof codes and number plates fitted.
