I'm trying my first mobile posting. I took this picture with my treo, and now I'm sending this email from my treo to flickr. Then flickr should automatically post it to livejournal.

I didn't want to use expensive shit the first time.
Put that jazz in the stand mixer on high for like ten minutes. Once it gets all splashy, pour off the buttermilk into another container. Take a wooden spoon and press the butter against the side of the bowl to remove as much butter milk as possible.
Once you've got as much out as you can, pour about a half cup of ice water into the bowl and hit it with the paddle attachment for about ten seconds. Dump the water and press again; repeat until the water stays clear. Mix in a pinch of salt and you're golden.
