Mini book made with tomato red scrapbook paper, chipboard covers and Chumbak Nazar Masks wrapping paper - my gift for a friend.
The Mini is the 3/4-size version of the Bullet Strat.
Strobist info: 2 Vivitar 285HV flashes triggered by Cactus V4. First flash camera left 1/2 poser shot through a diffuser. Second flash fitted with a DIY grid held camera right at 1/4 power.
Ingredients: Homemade mini pie shells, bacon, onion, gruyere cheese, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, whole milk, nutmeg, salt, white pepper
Baked at 375F for 25-30 minutes. I used New York Times Cookbook recipe (1/4 amount of the recipe will be 8 mini quiches.)

I don't want anyone to worry about me so here's what's going on. On monday I made a dentist appt for a filling that fell out. Tues morning I woke up with my face all swelled up like a pumpkin & in awful pain. Yesterday when I saw the dentist he said my wisdom teeth are infected and gave me a referal for an oral surgeon & antibiotics. So I have a consult with them apr 30. I have given birth 5 times and I have to say I have never been in such pain. Feels like somebody took a baseball bat to my head. So if you sent me a message and are waiting to hear from me, I am sorry and I will get back with you as soon as I am feeling up to it. In the meantime I am just going to sleep thru as much of this as I can, and read/watch TV the rest of the time and let the kids wait on me hand and foot.
This is truly miserable and it's absurd that anyone in this day and age has to go thru this. If you need dental work done, I highly encourage you to get it done as soon as you can and don't put it off like I did. It's my own fault for not getting these teeth out years ago.
If you have tooth pain, CLOVE OIL on the gums, and cold packs on your face helps as much as narcotics. Just don't get the clove oil on your lips because it is burny. I couldn't find an ice pack so I have been using a frozen duck to cool my face and I think I am going to name the guy & adopt him into the family.

Together these sites produce MINI; Plant Swindon makes pressings and sub-assemblies, the Hams Hall plant produces the new MINI petrol engines and Plant Oxford is responsible for the body shell production, paint and assembly.
The MINI production triangle has received substantial investment since the brand established itself in 2000. More than £1.5 billion has been invested to ensure the long-term future of the plant, as well as jobs at its pressings plant in Swindon and engine plant at Hams Hall. The production triangle employs around over 6,000 people with production exceeding 200,000 MINIs per annum.
This high rate of manufacturing saw the two millionth MINI roll off the Oxford production line in October 2011. Of the two million, more than 1.5 million MINIs have been exported to customers in more than 90 countries around the world, from Australia to Venezuela.
