The spikelets (mostly without florets in this photo) comprise florets and glumes that are not awned or awn-tipped.

There was a lot of traditional Midsummer dancing in the park in Jordbro so not a bad idea to bring a very Swedish chair to the festivities. More Midsummer snaps to come.

It was a rainy midsummer but I managed to get this photoshoot of Samelia doing some midsummer magic and lighting a bonfire. Sun even started shining after 10pm which was nice.

Strange Swedish Maypole dance.

May be seen but once a year....and only if the weather's clear!
