I do not know when and why I built it, but I decided that it is good enough to put it on public display.

Loosely modeled on a Liebherr crane I saw on the way to work the other day. Obviously the real thing has a much longer boom.

For more photos, see the full set.

This was a build challenge requiring a the front facade of a building set on the ruins of some older structure, guarded, with an animal and two civilians.

To that end, I have added a doomsday device and a giraffe.

"This is Horatius-Six. The bridge is secure. The Etruscans shall not pass."

[Built for my IronBuilder matchup with Pascal]

I am painfully aware that I haven't posted anything in nearly a year. Been busy with builds, but too damn lazy to set up my photography area. These should do for now...

A friend gave me one of these little pull-back chassis; so, I felt obliged to build something cool upon it. Wanted to incorporate some recent parts too.

So, yeah, there's bonus content--it rips like hell across the floor!

Seeing a need for a ship that could be shown continuously exploding for dramatic effect, the Expendable class packs surprising versatility for such a small vessel. Three turreted hand cannons provide close-in fighter defense while four torpedo tubes provide for some punch against more heavily armored and main character filled ships. The Expendable mounts one LG-79C as its main gun/anti-mecha-warfare mobile armor.

Armament:

3 x hand cannons

4 x half pin torpedoes

Strike Craft:

1 x small mech mount (LG-79C Box standard)

As always, 1 stud = 5 meters

“Fit for business and leisure as well as the grey areas in between. In vogue among the martian crime lords.”

I shared this a couple years back, before flickr granted unlimited uploads to all users. Enjoy, again.

They're getting married to preserve an important treaty or something. Don't be too surprised if one of them ends up dead.

This is one of my contributions to InnovaLUG's latest collaborative build, Space Spheres. See more in this blog post on the InnovaLUG website.

vaguely in the style of the LEGO Architecture sets. Vaguely. As used for the shadow pictures. Go on, I know you're curious to see the shadow pictures ...

My microscale Minas Tirith. More pics are on my website.

It's all in the title.

It's been awhile since I built a microscale spaceship. They're great for when you don't have a lot of time to build, but want to get something accomplished. They're also great for using small, but really cool looking pieces.

Mont St. Michel, Frnace

Just a quick build. Heavily inspired by Marco Marozzi's mech foot concept:

USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D, Galaxy-class - with only eight pieces.

A microscale recreation of the Hogwarts Quidditch Pitch for the Small category of the Microscale Magic contest on TBB. Behind it you can see the edge of the Forbidden Forest and in front of it is Hagrid pulling a cart as he is tending to the grounds.

first block of a new project. I'm not saying yet what will be. Anyway, this is a kind of cheap Hotel.

I know I have neglected flickr and Lego for a while but I'm back and rearing to build

Clearly an attempt to reproduce one of Le Corbusier's masterpieces in LEGO microscale.

lots of pics in my photostream: feel free to view, like and comment.

Thx

The ice cream truck and garbage truck are from The LEGO Movie polybag. The police car, plumbing truck and motorcycle are my inspired builds. See the review at www.dagsbricks.com/2014/02/set-review-lego-movie-accessor....

This is a mini LEGO terrace house built for some dear friends of ours as a housewarming present. Back garden comes complete with shed, dog, decking and slide!

I originally posted this microscale fighter in July 2007 (flic.kr/p/2aXGb2) but did some quick recolors and reshoots last night

With all those BattleTech creations lately, I felt the need for something a little more freestyle. Still, obviously inspired by the BattleTech Marauder (or by the Macross Glaug, if you prefer).

Just a focus on Day 14.

expensive villa by the seaside.

I wouldn't mind living there ...

Small apartment building. Behind the grilles are an array of solid and trans plate that will create some nice lighting once I get around to lighting up my micropolis builds.

It isn't as proportional as I'd like but it is very poseable. It is 1:125 scale

I made the original version of this MOC for a contest a while ago, but the picture was kinda blurry and I thought I should modify it a little. The main differences are the display stand of course (which now looks more like the UCS set), and the base structure especially. Other than a few color changes here and there, it's pretty much the same. I just wanted a better picture.

Took me a couple hours' build time over two days, plus modifications afterwards.

A quick build that captures the spirit of the American suburbia.

This was created as a LUG challenge to build something in microscale on a 16 x16 stud plate. I love microscale creations so I jumped at the chance to do this one. Fun parts used here are the chain used as the bridge over the waterfall, hot dogs for palm trees, and minifig epaulets for the sailboat.

An upgrade to the Tiny Turbo version of my larger fictional Ferrari LMP1 car. Finally found a way to get the shaping I wanted on the sides.

Instructions

This is my very first Micropolis creation - a drive-through and sit-down coffee shop in the heart of the city. Built up against the former-boarding-house-turned-condo, "Todd Manor".

Built for the BrickFair VA 2015 convention and rendered using Bluerender.

The tires are from an older attempt to build a vehicle. Sorta salvaged them off of it and used them as bases here.

From here.

A microscale homage to the fantastic Prometheus Frigate by Dasnewten.

Also, a reminder that I should not photograph white models over a white background X-D
