This was so much fun to build! In case you couldn't figure it out, the cockpit is a BF gunbelt. Also, this is not based off any real helicopter. Enjoy!
Built for the last round of the LCBTC! Mixed feelings about the results... it was a good deal more challenging than I anticipated, and the end result looks so small! I had planned on adding mountains and a brick-built sky in the background but too many of my rock bricks are tied up in another project right now.

While automated cargo ships and FTL travel are the backbone of the galaxy's economy now, they wouldn't be possible without thousands of survey spacecraft rigorously scanning almost every known part of it. The development of Lane 6 and divisions, which currently carry upwards of 45% of galactic shipping, was the largest peaceful operation in history and the data that the original surveyors generated is still widely used, dozens of cycles later.
The craft shown is a Drenner E-31S, one of the most widely used craft.

Hi! This is my entry for the lego ideas "Moments in Space " contest! In this entry I've tried to make a space base in microscale (you can see the figures for the scale). So I've made a micro spaceship in order to travel in space, and a lot of futuristic building which represent the base.
I really had a lot of fun building this micro model.
This entire model is built with exactly 149 lego pieces!
Tireless and adaptive mine layer and tactical support ship, featuring lateral mine launchers and mini workshop.
An upgrade to the Tiny Turbo version of my larger fictional Ferrari LMP1 car. Finally found a way to get the shaping I wanted on the sides.

Having made some miniature original trilogy era ships, I decided to make some sequel era ones to balance out the galaxy ;)
I know lots of people aren't too fond of the Star-Fortresses design/how slowly they move/their lack of shields but I must admit I like it. Its quite rare we get prominently used ships, with sizable interiors that aren't too big to recreate in minifig scale. The U-wing was the same, not too big to be a huge undertaking but big enough to be more challenging than a Starfighter...
But that's all besides the point since this is a microscale model. Enjoy! :D
A straight-on shot that depicts one of the architect's favorite design strategies--the 'spine' arrangement. Note how the white strip that goes up through the tower (elevator core) lines up with the passage from the lobby to the ground floor development.
From there, the corridor system takes the form of a big 'donut' around the three central gathering spaces.

Here's my micro scale version of the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel. I'm particularly proud of my mask technique and my ears/hair technique at this scale. Stay tuned for the rest of the Justice League!
A microscale modernist family home of my own design, with influences from various mid 20th Century architects.
A compilation of tanks using the chassis configuration I came up. The 3 tanks on the bottom row are new ones while the rest are past ones.
Apologies on the lack of uploads; I've reached a mini dark age after building these tanks :< Plus I've been working on other projects, specifically with 3D modeling.

My first take on the micropolis module format for microscale LEGO city. Comments and constructive criticism appreciated!
I love me some mixal joints. this ship is based on the WIP form before. However, it is much more accurate. It has a full interior with removable modules and robot arms. it also has retracting landing gear. instruction will be post tomorrow along with more pics. I was able to figure out a new technique in making instructions and although this models instructions took like 3 months, the last 75% was done today in 3 hours.
Problems:
no landing gear "feet"
no living space (barely enough space for the modules)
no retracting weapons (much too small)
thrusters in the side pods also cant retract for the same reason as above
missing heat vents

Crew members in damaged Galactic Armada ships lucky enough to have survived a vicious space battle pray for the relieving sight of a repair frigate such as the Nostrum Crusader. Ships can enter the repair bay for repair, refueling, and even refuge.
This stated with some of the white panels from some of the space police sets. I guess I have a weird fascination with semi-useless parts. The concept of an underside repair bay is from Homeworld.
Ugh, the sides are so flat and dumb.
