6 Strategies to Engage Your Millennial Workforce - Social learning, micro learning, mobile learning, gamification goo.gl/oWjtx1
As you can see on the larger picture, Arnaud Leene's evil self took over during this fateful dinner.
...Backlighting in a scene can create drama. Make a photo with interesting placement of backlit subjects."
Familiarizing with en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backlighting_(lighting_design) today - I learned that "in photography, a back light is usually the sun". On a grey day - I did some window shopping paying attention to how "the edges of the item are made to glow". I was able to spot background and side lighting in the shop premises and the key light in above front. The result is that the quilt work is "lit" whereas the rest of the shop window shows reflection of the street in front of the shop.
Today's photo continues yesterday's reflection theme - what's there when the reflection ends. ...unlearning requires competences on critical reflection. ...Mezirow describes unlearning process within adult education as follows - the process has ten phases:
1) A disorientating dilemma
2) Self-examination
3) Critical assessment and a sense of alienation
4) Relating discontent to the experiences of others
5) Exploring options for new ways of acting
6) Building confidence for new ways of behaving
7) Planning a course of action
8) Acquiring knowledge in order to implement plans
9) Experimenting with new roles
10) Reintegration into society
All phases are necessary - unavoidable - if we want to learn to adapt to changes in a way that we simultaneously adopt different ways of networked collaboration in order to achieve next innovative phases. The process is very complex. That's why it needs to be cut into smaller pieces - steps that are easier to understand and take. That's why we need a micro approach - like #microwork #microlearning #microinnovation...

Zoom-in interaction is one of the best customized elearning interactions in Articulate Storyline 360. This type of interaction can be majorly used for learning and training purpose where learner can be immersed with real time interactions so that to retain the knowledge for a longer period. Instead of a simple text and image presentation you can give learner zoom-in interaction option to view the image in detail especially when the learner is viewing the course in mobile.
Interactive screenshots are a great way to orient learners with a big-picture view of an application’s interface, then let them drill down into the details for a particular menu or panel.

A tribute to Martin Broadwell and John Sajem
The illustrations in this library were works of Martin and John.
They produced hundreds of video training programs using the illustrations as visuals accompanied by narrations. The programs covered topics such as leadership, management, coaching, train the trainer, safety and hundreds others. I tried converting some of the programs into Vignettes (see examples in link below).
Martin and John produced what I consider succinct, direct to point training program which impacted thousands of people. Thanks to John and Martin.
