I have fond memories of the satisfaction in performing a "magic throw" or going from "stance" into "handcuffs". It was incredibly challenging at the time :)
I put these together very quickly for a collab at Brickworld. They were a great deal of fun to build, and it was cool to see how I could make each one unique.

These came into service earlier than I thought. September? I don't think so! However that means the end of AL PVLs and Weevils is neigh 😱😱
These are clearly different than usual StreetDecks, they sound higher pitched and have tad faster acceleration. Note the stickers at the side still state "Hybrid | Cleaner Air".
And yes, 44 is a mess today and this turn was from Tooting 😂

Four 1-stud wide micro trains can be played with a modular station platform and a clock tower. The clock needle is also movable. More trains and station props can be easily added for town building as there are no rare elements in each micro build.

This is my entry into the Micro Sci-fi City category for Space Jam 2018, a moonbase! This also doubles as part of a collaboration with my LUG, IowaLUG. (We’re currently remodeling the website, but I figured I would include the link anyways.) I tried to make the buildings very non-standard and give most of them interesting shapes, and I think I achieved this. There is a tunnel system so that all of them are connected and none of the inhabitants get sucked out into the vacuum of space. ;-) One of my favorite easter eggs is if you’ve been following me for a decent amount of time, you would recognize my SHIP that I made this past September; I finally got around to making a micro version of it for the landing pad! Personal achievement, bigtime. ;-) The buildings are left to right, front to back:

Office Tower
Research Institute
The build dimensions are 132x68 studs, and an estimated 8,000 parts. More detailed pictures are in my photostream. Thank you!

To get started into the LEGO season 2019, I decided to build a small one at first. Primarily to continue practicing photography and image editing. Happy new year everybody!
This micro lumber harvester is based loosely on a Caterpillar 538.
It was built to fulfill the requirements for "RRT Extraction unit - Lumber" in the ongoing DA4 game. The bulldozer is present to fullfill one of the requirements for the diorama - it is a piece of firefighting equipment (dozers are used to build fire lines to fight wildland fires).
To fill the remaining requirment, I include the following song:

We wake up in the morning

We eat a pound of bacon
and pack up all our gear.

where we work a long, hard day.
Chopping, cutting, hauling -
That's how we earn our pay.

There is no other way.
I had a design in my head for quite some time to make the micro bots from Big Hero Six, and I just barely put them together. I only made three that are legally made, and have a few more that use illegal connections, or no connections at all.
I hope you guys enjoy them, and if you are going to design, please give credit. I don't normally ask for this, but it would be nice.

30 photos stack for these tiny fungi (about 1-2mm tall). Shot using the Canon MP-E 65mm 1-5x macro lens and stacked in ZereneStacker.
Beauty on two scales: micro and macro. Lupine and Sequoias complement each other so well.
In Sequoia National Park, you are on Western Mono and Monache land.
This was shot on a Sony A7R IV on a 24 mm lens and edited in Lightroom.
I love this ugly beast, it was surprisingly tricky to get the cockpit and wing hinges right but I loved every minute I spent tinkering. Revisited a VERY old build of mine that I still have intact, changing out parts to make the carrier more streamline and other small changes.
Updated the planes as well and added a micro chopper!
