Just a fun idea I had for small mazes.
The maze stud grid is perfectly offset 45 degrees; it uses a technique I invented on my own, but I am sure someone else must have invented it before, so it's not anything mind-blowing.
Feel free to use this idea however you want.

My back yard - these flowers are tiny! Taken with a FD vintage 100mm f4 macro lens coupled to my Canon 5DmkIII.
Micro contrast refers to the subtle differences in tonal variation between small details in an image. It's an aspect of image quality that affects how clearly fine textures and details are rendered, contributing to the overall perceived sharpness and depth. High micro contrast can make an image appear more three-dimensional and lifelike, enhancing the visibility of intricate patterns and textures. It is often influenced by the quality of the camera lens, sensor, and post-processing techniques.

Micro (macro) photographs of lit candles, showcasing the amazing art that's produced when a candle's wick burns and the candle's wax melts into incredible shapes.
It took me awhile to be able to expose properly for both the burning wick and the flame itself, and it's challenging to get a sharp focus as I shoot these handheld.
Click on the photo twice to view it large and better see the amazing details.

He's very fragile and most of the pieces are just balancing or tension bound... anyways I like him...
Until a red boomerang piece comes out to replace the red hands this is about as close as I can get.
Enjoy :)
I've had this idea for a while after meeting some superhero fellow light painters at the PNW meetup where I finally pictured what to make in a micro stencil tunnel scene, toilet roll tube style. No double exposure, all done tabletop. Johnny on the camera while TJ spun wool and Aaron shown down the laser. A blast of a meet up and some epic light painting Collabs - this is my homage to you fellow light addicts.

...for a title.
So there is a story behind this. I was holding my camera for whatever reason, and found my way into a room with a mirror, and for whatever was going through my mind for that second, I turned and took this picture. For no apparent reason other than I was holding my camera and there was a mirror in front of me.
Ok, that was a long story for something that wasn't really a story.
This is my Micro Four Third lens collections. Focal length from 7mm to 200mm equivalent to 14mm to 400mm in 35mm terms. I believe the Lumix lenses is made of Leica glass
Still I am missing a telephoto macro lens and there is none available in this format. The only option is go to other brand such as Canon or Nikon or even legacy lens. Or I can opted for Sigma 105mm f2.8 from Four Third format which will give me a slow SAF capability
Setup:
3 white framed canvas - bought it very cheap from art shop
Slick Mini II tripod
Olympus E-P2
OM to Micro 4/3 adapter
Zuiko OM 50/1.4
Setup the 3 canvases one for the base, one for the background and one on the left as a reflector as the natural light is on the right.
Set the camera to Aperture Priority, ISO 400 mounted on a tripod.
Using the magnifying setting I magnify the focus area 10x and turn the focus ring manually until the image look sharp on the LCD and press the shutter button
I still build! I won't have enough space to make anything larger than this for six months, but I have a bunch of illustrations to share with you guys!
This belongs in the same faction as my fleet.
I built this micro scene, but decided it needed a companion. I had these ships, so I put the two together, and here you have it!
The deserted village of Micro Chorio in Tilos. This large inland village was abandoned following the growth of tourism on the island.
I came up with this tie-fighter technique which only uses 2 pieces, along with a small base for it. All in all, the entire MOC only uses 20 pieces. Hope you like it!
To God be the glory!
I had the idea of a mini launchpad eversince the new lattice rails from lego came out but it took the New Elementary ( www.newelementary.com/ ) parts festival to complete this micro moc! I was interested in using the 'headlamp' as a rocket thruster and as the comms dishes on the tower. There are a couple more of the new, excellent flat silver parts and the new giant slopes in white.

There is also more concept art and activity over there in general; hope to see you there!
Along the front and all to scale:
Quadstar, White Hawk, Wraith interceptor, Zero Tolerance GARC racer.
The minifigure scale Quadstar is at the back so you can get an idea of what the others might be like at minifigure scale. I take this micro to mini ratio to be around 1:4.
I haven't included the Linopeia class transport or the Jade Sun as they're around 1:8 and 1:50 respectively by my estimation.
Capital ships might have to be quite big. I'll have to see what I can get away with but I want to try and make all my future micro's for AG at this 1:4 scale for story-telling compatibility.
