Another hobby of mine is making case for electronic devices.
Of course I have to make a case for my micro journal. I made a lot of sketches from a case like a luggage or a simple drawstring bag.
But when I go out I also need to bring a wallet, an umbrella, a tumbler etc., in the end I would rather bring a backpack and put the micro journal inside my backpack.
I don’t want a case that takes a lot of space in my bag, ideally I want the case fit perfectly. But I knew myself, this time I will love the MOA keycaps, next time I might use a low profile keycaps, and the other time I might don’t want to wear the shed.
So I make a simple wrapper, kinda like a diaper LOL. I added some padding although it’s clearly it’s not really protect the micro journal from impact or drop, as i left the sides exposed. I can add some fabric to cover it but I am not a pattern maker. Making a slanted size is difficult.
And again.. different keycaps changes the measurement. So at least when it is inside my bag, the keyboard and the screen are protected.
Next time I will try making a knitting version, I think it would be easier to make the slanted sides
While there is a 28mm option for Miranda, I didn't want to go that route instead I went with an ultra-wide option. But what about that 25mm focal length? Shouldn't it be 24mm? Well it's a European thing apparently that 25mm is far more common than 24mm. But either way it performs well and is one of my favourite lenses for the kit!
