Yet another micro vessel. You can tell most of them were built around the same time.

My first Micro-Space creations, the space Pirates.

Built at about the same time as Tekka Croe made his, it just took me a while to get mine posted.

Here's my take on a micro Titanic!

Simplicity is beautiful - and microscale really showcase this beauty. In such MOCs, every piece has its place, every piece has a meaning and every piece is used at its best.

This teeny tiny ship may have took only 5 minutes to design, yet I am very proud of it.

How is it built? The ship is balanced! Try it, it works!

I have two unicorn sets, both from my childhood. The one this is based on, and a little blue garage my Grandpa got me. One day I'll own mint versions of them. For now, "Space. I'm in space!"

My micro GARC collection. Hopefully, if shipping all goes well, these will end up Brickworld! All the best with the race everyone, and may the best GARC win!

have fun with the swooshing Simon!

Hello all, today I have a few micro castles I made a little while ago, based in my fantasy world, Rivél.

Sorry about the background (or lack there of), but they're quite fragile (most parts are not even connected) and I didn't feel like resetting them.

Here's some info on the builds:

The Floating City: The city of Avalon (also known as the floating city) is home to elf royalty. The majority of the elf species lives atop this spire of rock, with a few other civilizations speckled around it. The city is only accessible by dragon and the elves don’t like many visitors so humans only visit in the most dire of times.

The fortress of Thehthyr: The only original settlement remaining after "The Ravaging", this castle was once owned by the dark elves, but now it houses all humans and elves who had not been enslaved by the shadow army, with only exception being the Wanderers.

Micro Freemaker Adventures. Probably most of you have no idea what this is, if so check out “flight of the arrowhead” on YouTube, you’ll probably like it! Here are the Arrowhead, Star Scavenger (including Mini Scavenger), Tracker 1 and Eclipse Starfighter. Free instructions this time, they’re all cheap to make, enjoy! rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-67909/ron_mcphatty/micro-freemak...

Agent Chase is about to pull the good old tow cable trick and send Dr. Inferno into an unforgettable "trip". To the scrapyard, surely.

Based on 8970 Robo Attack from the Agents theme, released in 2009.

This set was released almost ten years ago, but the fun doesn't end here. In the past couple years we've been graced with some remarkable parts that you can see in this build. They're great for small scale details:

1x1 round plate with handle on bottom

1x1 round tile with bar on top

1x1 round hollow stud with bar on side

1x1 plate with handle on side

1x2 plate with pin hole on bottom

Now that the winds and currents that were carrying tsunami debris to our beach have flagged, I've shifted the focus of my beachcombing to the macro level.

I'd heard the ocean was full of plastic, but until I began digging through the piles of beach grass and twigs at the high-tide line I didn't know how much of it consists of tiny fragments.

From a distance, I must look like a foraging seabird turning debris over in search of food.

What I'm actually doing is lifting the organic debris and shaking it. Every time I do that, bits of plastic come into view. Blue and white are the most common colors, followed by green. Yellow and red are scarcest.

I've placed them in bowl of water to separate them from the sand that was clinging to them. The sand sinks while the plastic floats. I also remove the organic materials on the surface.

What were the sources of these tiny fragments? Did wave action and sunlight make them break down? How long did it take them to become that small?

I am filling a transparent glass vase with micro-plastics. I anticipated it would take a long time for the collection to reach the top, but now I anticipate having to start a new container next week.

Just a quick build outside my standard town theme

Crocheted this tiny sheep. I used the same method as popcorn, sewing individual balls onto the body.

The Tantive IV was the last and biggest ship on my micro scale to-do list. Its close to the size of set 75244 but I’ve aimed to give it a lot more detail and accuracy. I've done my best to make sure each hull section is the right size and proportions with as much detail as possible.

The modular hull sections are connected to an internal Technic frame. The ship is strong, pretty easy to pick up (as long as you avoid those fins) and rests firmly on a small stand which can easily be made taller or a different colour. Inside the Technic frame is the ship interior and crew! The two roof sections can be removed to reveal the main corridor which connects the cockpit to the docking bays near the engines. The upper deck also comes off to show a central conference room with engineering corridors and removable escape pods either side. The 4-stud high crew and interior features aren’t to scale sadly, but hopefully they stand out as a nice extra feature for the ship!

This was by far the biggest and heaviest moc I’ve attempted so far, it was a new challenge for me but I really enjoyed the process. I’ve put instructions for this and the Liberator colour scheme on Rebrickable (link below), and thrown in the Millennium Falcon, Ghost and plenty of Rebel Starfighters in the hope that someone likes it enough to make a little Rebel fleet :)

An entry into the micro castle category of the CCC. Nothing elaborate here, another micro version of one of my previous builds: as there's been a ton of really strong entries to this category already, and I'm not interested in the prize.

So mainly, just a fun quicky. Still have a few more entries to come :)

Lego Ideas offers now a fun ship in the bottle set. The bottle looks awesome but the ship wasn't my cup of tea. So I came up with my own micro scale interpretation of a Lego pirate ship. Dimensions (minus the cannon fire) are compatible with the bottle from set 21313.
