The Nebraska Army National Guard signed two new partnership agreements with Colorado-based Air Methods and Nebraska-based TMCO Inc., formalizing their membership in the U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) program, during a signing ceremony May 8, 2023 at the Joint Force Headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. The PaYS program is a strategic partnership between the Army and a cross section of private industry, academia and state and local institutes. The U.S. Army PaYS program guarantees Soldiers five job interviews and possible employment after their service in the U.S. Army.
