A Starling's plumage shows up a whole spectrum of metallic colours when the sunlight strikes it.

At sunset, the last sun beams played a lovely game with the metallic house that Frank Gehry designed. I particularly like the reflection in the harbour.

Gehry knew exactly what he was designing for this -now hot- spot!

I've been experimenting with metallic touches on wool for some time and here is my first jewelry piece with this technique.

The main motif is a knot and the closure is also made with the same yarn and gives an impecable finish.

Inner tier measures 24" 1/2 around.

I’ve used a grey 100% wool yarn and enhaced it with silver metallic shades.
