The upper is constructed from either durabuck or some sort of sued, and features a black color scheme. The support wraps and accents feature a university blue color scheme, which blend really well with the upper. Is there a better live album? I don't think so. Just hear the beer bottles smash against the amps.
The following is from an Amazon review and gives an excellent snap shot to this great live experience:
"A few days prior to this gig, Iggy had been in fracas with a seven foot Hell's Angel. Unperturbed, the Stooges frontman decided to go on air at the local radio station challenging all the local bikers to come along to the band's next concert & to do their very worst. No matter what they threw at them, he bragged, the Stooges would carry on with the show.
Nick Kent, reporter for NME said in 1976: "Throughout [the recording] you can hear the sound of glasses splintering against amps, lightbulbs, eggs, shoes - even an expensive Nikon camera which just manages to miss Williamson's face" (the lead guitarist).
That is what makes this such a successful live album - we hear Iggy continually taunting the bikers amongst the crowd, actively encouraging them to lob as many heavy & varied objects at him as possible, turning this into one of the wildest, rawest & most daring rock n' roll records".
Not much more to add really!
Not the best shot but there was low light and it was breezy and overcast. This poor deceased bee had become spider food and was wedged in a banksia. I have not seen this species of native bee before. It had a metallic blue sheen to it. Any I.D. suggestions much appreciated! Found in Springwood, Blue Mountains, NSW.

I love the old sheet metal door on this garage in Old Irving Park, Chicago. I've been taking lots of walks with the Holga around my new neighborhood and capturing my favorite things.
Metallic Brick Co. Accrington. Some of their bricks were stamped "Metallic Baxenden",though strictly speaking the works was at Catclough in the village of Rising Bridge.

Calopteryx splendens, Banded Demoiselle damselfly. Male.
I will always remember when I first saw one of these damselflies once I moved to Oxford. I had only ever seen the smaller UK species, such as the common blue, and had no idea we had such large and elegant species. I was struck by how graceful it was in flight, delicately batting its wings on either side of its metallic green-blue body. The dart patches on the wings of males are often the only part of the wings visible in flight, appearing to bat independently of the body. Beautiful! I have since seen them as far north as Lancashire.
