i am woefully behind on processing photos, catching up on flickr... you know how it goes. but earlier tonight i was looking at pics i've taken with my iphone, and i came across this. pete (sarah's husband) drew it this weekend, and was immensely proud of it. i knew we'd get all on well if we were making meta jokes our very first night.
more non-iphone pics to come, i promise. but i have to say, its camera is pretty damn sweet. not that this is a good example, mind you.... heh.
Hier schreibt die Presse über die über die Presse schreibende Presse. Den Gedanken fand ich einen Moment lang interessant.
(Die Seite ist übrigens so zerknittert, weil die ZEIT, die heute Morgen aus dem Briefkasten hing, vom Regen klatschnass wurde. Einerseits hätte der Briefträger sie auch ins Trockene legen können, andererseits ist er ja auch nicht gerade zu beneiden bei dem Wetter.)
Meta de Vries, during here program "Taking It Easy' on Jazzradio here in Studio 2 on the Vondelstreet in Amsterdam. Tech controler Doron Sajet. This program was first recorded and a day later broadcast. Data 28 november 1997. Meta was a wellknown radio DJ in the Netherlands and workt on several radiostations during a life-long radio career. She was also a jazz singer. She died in 2011. We see a lot of CD's and a vieuw LP's so there must be a turntable. We also see a 3 CRT PC screens.
