Looting remains a big problem. A homeowner near our camp has a serious warning for anyone who is thinking about stealing from him:

I suppose this is to curb the typical asian's shyness by leveraging technology. The system is able to capture responses from SMSes as well as having the ability to allow people to vote on subjects using their handphones.

Thinking about Skiles Test and the tragic loss of his young wife (related on a nearby photo caption), I think this is a moving statement to cap the Test family monument -- though maybe it would be more appropriate if his dearly departed young bride was buried here with him, which she is not.
