At this Buddhist temple at Shewedagon Pagoda in Yangon, Burma, worhsippers have covered every square inch of the bark of this tree with messages to the Buddha. Millions of teeny-tiny Burmese letters cover this tree's trunk. The pagoda has been built around the tree, which grows theough the ceiling.
Cute stationery store specializing in specially designed papers. I didn't get anything since I'm not particularly into cute paper, but making a custom paper sandwich was tempting.

Message of Hope Foundation founder Emi Burke offers Cameron, 10, his choice of trendy little rubber band bracelets, these made by volunteers. He chose two for his sisters, too.
Burke brought its Happy Hope Bag Project to Hopkins Children's Center, Friday, Nov. 15. Filled with toys donated and packed by volunteers, the bags were delivered to the hospital by UPS, in partnership with the foundation, and delivered to kids by former Baltimore Oriole Al Bumbry.

February 22, 2013, Christchurch NZ I took a walk around the city today as it is two years ago that the devastating earthquake ruined the city and killed 185 people. Poeple were aksed to leave messages at the Gap Filler in the Pallet Pavilion.
