Merlot bounces down the sorting table. I have to admit that it is not ALL this clean. There are very frequently more raffle/stems on the table when we hand harvest this Merlot for the Trah Lah Lah or Les Americains
We're growing these in our back yard. I tasted one today. They're so small that after you spit out the two seeds and the skin you hardly get a taste. I guess we'll have to turn them into grape juice to appreciate them.
A pair of very good wines with dinner. The Merlot is particularly fruity and aromatic for that grape variety. Yummy!

Ha un buon potenziale evolutivo. Gradazione alcolica 13,5 %vol. Residuo 2,0 g/l Acidità totale 5,0 g/l Temperatura di serv. 18°C; Conservabilità 8-10 anni
Fantastico con gli arrosti, buono con la cacciagione ma anche con i formaggi piccanti.
