I recently had the new experience of waiting for a bus at Macclesfield Bus Station. The bus I needed failed to operate, so I was there rather longer than I needed to be - and much longer than I wanted to be!

City of Bremen Municipal Medical Disaster Relief. Former Emergency Ambulance from the City of Bremen EMS.
A brand new Maisto Fresh Metal casting which already seems to be increasing in numbers in my collection. The majority of them are this Dropside variant with its cheap unpainted grey rear but very well cast Mercedes-Benz Sprinter-esque style cab. Part of a 20 vehicle set found recently in a French Geant Casino. Mint and boxed.
In a rare Siku buying splurge I managed to find several new Emergency themed three vehicle sets in my local Toyland recently. This chain has always dealt with Siku but are often guilty of both overpricing and having very inconsistent stock levels so I was rather pleased at finding these sets at much more palatable prices. Costs may have been kept lower on account of the unlicensed, fee saving castings contained within such as this Mercedes-Benz Sprinter-esque van. No Merc badging to be seen anywhere but thats hardly an issue when the whole thing looks so accurate and realistic. A very tidy "budget" model, all things relative of course with Siku, with a nice weighty body and decent looking wheels. Mint and boxed.

There doesn't appear to be many 1/64 pocket money Ambulance models around at the moment, certainly in the UK anyway and so I happily bagged a third example of the brand new Majorette Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from TK Maxx.
An acceptable blend of metal cab and plastic rear bodywork and being a fully licensed diecast benefits from a very tidy level of accuracy and detailing.
Mint and boxed.
