I was running away from the crowded of the city and found this wonderful and serenity resort in rural village, only silence, peaceful and serenity here.
The 1,200-year-old Borobudur temple, which is home to hundreds of Buddhist statues, is the largest Buddhist temple in the world. The temple, seemingly as a small temple compared with a mighty mount Merbabu and Merapi in the background

Sumurup is a small boat dock. This location is one of the favorite locations for hunting or photo hunting during sunrise or sunset in the Rawa Pening area. At sunrise or sunset, the Sumurup area exudes more beauty. And when the weather is sunny, there is a beautiful view of Rawa Pening with several mountain ranges such as Mount Telomoyo, Mount Andong, Mount Merbabu, and Gunung Gajah Mungkur. The mountains will be clearly visible if they are not blocked by fog.
A beautiful landscape after finishing the trekking zone of Mt. Prau.
Cluster of mountains (Merapi, Merbabu, Sindoro, Sumbing) becomes the background of beautiful daisy field.
Location : Prau, Dieng, Central Java, Indonesia.
Dieng Plateau is one of the largest volcanic complexes in Indonesia near Wonosobo, Central Java, Indonesia. Taken from Sikunir hill, you could see Mt Sindoro (right upfront), Mt Sumbing (behind), Mt Merapi and Mt Merbabu (far away), Mt Lawu and Ambarawa Highlands.
Climbing this Sikunir hill for sunrise was really challenging - especially with fully loaded 8X10 backpack. Wish you could enjoy the glory of this morning rise. Have another great Monday my friends !.

The picture was taken from Punthuk Setembu about 5 km away from the temple.

The peak of Mount Lanang located in Sibolong, in the village Jatimulyo, District Girimulyo. This touristic location opened about May 2015. Despite the name Gunung Lanang (mountain/vulcano lanang) it is actually is one of the hills in the cluster of hills Menoreh. From the summit of Mount Lanang, visitors can see the beautiful landscape of the city Wates and some of the mountains such as Merapi and Merbabu clearly enough. Unfortunately time was less bright and lots of cloud.
Puncak Gunung Lanang terletak di Dusun Sibolong, Desa Jatimulyo, Kecamatan Girimulyo. Wisata ini di buka pada sekitar bulan Mei 2015. Meskipun namanya gunung, tetapi sebenarnya Gunung Lanang adalah salah satu bukit yang ada di gugusan perbukitan Menoreh. Dari atas puncak Gunung Lanang, pengunjung bisa menyaksikan landscape Kota Wates dan indahnya beberapa gunung seperti merapi dan merbabu dengan cukup jelas. Sayangnya waktu itu kurang terang dan banyak awan.
