Yesterday I went to the doctor, only to find out I have Chronic Anxiety Disorder. It basically means that I worry about stuff WAY too much, and it stresses me out and I often can't sleep at night because I'm worrying about anything and everything. He prescribed me with a medicine that is supposed to help me out, but I am worried about taking pills to regulate what seems to be my personality. It's pretty heavy.
Today spent three hours at the dentist (1st time in 7 years) and am totally stressed out by how much work I need done. Fillings, Root Canal, Crown, and my Wisdom Teeth removed. I AM NOT MADE OF MONEY!
All this stuff is not helping my anxiety! So I've been pretty thoughtful and kind of bummed out today.

Nice early Summer day in Ann Arbor. Saw lots of fox squirrels out and about in Ann Arbor on Monday July 8th, 2019 at the University of Michigan. So all sorts of things going on. I did not see "Patches O'Houlihan" today - and needed to get him a second medicated pecan. Patches is a squirrel who had lost most of her fur because of mange on the Law Quad. I reached out to the Friends of Wildlife Michigan and they connected me with someone who has worked up some medicated pecans for me to feed the squirrels. I did get the second medicated pecan for "Justin" - named for the youngest team member on the dodgeball team that Patches coaches. I did see "Steve the Pirate" again. He has something on his left paw - and a bald patch on his left side and gets his second pecan on Wednesday. I did see Lefty (the three pawed squirrel) again behind Martha Cook - always good to see her.

He is being medicated as a heart disease. If the liquid gets into his lungs again he will make an exam to test for a specific virus that only cats have. He is feeling better today and also eating.

Now that the protien is higher in them, up from18% to 23%.,I dont give them as much. I have found some of the hens fight after eating it, so it must 'zoop' ,them up too much, but with out it ,I have found that I have to dip them more often. For some reason it helps them to 'resist 'the effects of all the 'fowl bugs'

Apparently, people are most likely to commit suicide on Mondays. The third Monday of January is usually the day when most people choose to end their life... That's why that day has earned a quite depressing name - Suicide Monday.
There is also a term known as Suicide Tuesday or Gloomy Tuesday - a slang term for the depressive period following the use of MDMA (ecstasy).

My CPAP machine has literally saved my life during the many years that I have used one.
