©Lela Bouse-McCracken ::: I watched these three rouse themselves from a nap on the river bank below the dam and start working their way upstream - in a feeding mode. The lazy one in back, who was slip-streaming most of the time, fell even further behind occasionally. It was so much fun to watch them....work their way up river toward me...feed a while...and drift back downstream to preen and rest again. :-)
