French comedian Max Linder (1883-1925), with his trademark silk hat, stick and moustache was an influential pioneer of the silent film. He was largely responsible for the creation of the classic style of silent slapstick comedy and he was the highest paid entertainer of his day.
I met Max whilst he was busking outside the National Portrait gallery, he recognised that the camera I was shooting with was Japanese so started to play an old Japanese sounding tune.
A really cool guy!
I'd like to introduce you to Max, my Mom's yellow lab. He is 3 months old and growing so fast that he gained 10lbs last month. He is a ball of energy and loves running around and being with people all the time.
Max continues in a long line of retrievers with my family, earlier this year we lost Orion our black lab who lived a long and healthy life, and before him was Molly our wonderful Golden who was with us as we grew up.
For those of you who are curious about the photo, this a taken with my Lensbaby and has no significant photoshop.
This is Max, my nephew. Picture taken in Harmonia, a small beach near Imbe/RS, south of Brazil. The sunset reflected in the lenses of his shades is edited from this photo that I took in Japan.

This was a very rich, very amazing sundae. I was so excited about it that I forgot to take the photo before half demolishing it! Includes rich ice cream, dark chocolate brownies, chocolate waffle balls and caramel sauce. YUM!

Max decided that it would be a wise investment, to blow his deposit for a flat on a new bike.

One of a series of photos taken to record the imminent changes to Arriva routes 28,26 & 37 in Guildford.
The 28 will pass to Buses Excetera and extended to Chobham replacing the 73. It will be rerouted via Stoughton and no longer serve the University of Surrey or Fairlands.
The 36 and 37 will only serve the Uni in the peaks.
Meanwhile both Volvo 3734 and a MAX branded Citaro were on the 26.
