I made this necklace with a red agate heart as the focal bead. There are also coordinating red agate faceted rectangles, silver-plated heishe disks as spacers, and Czeck Druk glass in opaque black. I strung them on silver wire. My favorite part of this necklace is a great little globe closure that closes magnetically. Math comes into play with the pattern I used...adding one with each set. I'm really happy with the way this one came out.
math manipulatives are just too expensive so i made this farm themed math packet with foam stickers for manipulatives ($2). magnetic dry erase boards with markers ($7) each kid. reinforcing addition and subtraction, grouping and patterns and introducing multiplication. see i do more than play webkinz on the computer!

Well, there was this particular A Math question that I worked on for almost one quater of my day at home. Yet, I still failed to achieve an answer. I got really fed up because I tried so many ways to solve the pair of simultaneous equations but to no avail. Which explains the bigest words then on my foolscap "Walao. Why Wrong?!" I thought this was a little interesting because I used hokkien too. I decided to snap a picture of it.
