Montaña se ha dedicado a experimentar con sonidos dentro del indie instrumental, postrock y math rock. Es una banda que explora la forma de transmitir todo un universo musical y atmosférico sin necesidad de palabras, buscando sumergir al público en el sonido de sus instrumentos.
