35mm plastic trash camera modified to pinhole + Kodak Ultra 400 (expired January 2007)
Part of a photo shot to create some images that will hoppefully be used in a bar counter decor and in it's print material (menus and flyers).
Work on my master bedroom but not sure about color of walls...... any suggestions..???

japan has the most amazing food culture. if you have seen the film "jiro dreams of sushi" (and you should, it is beautiful!), you can get an idea of what it means to really learn your craft as a chef there. there is no laziness whatsoever in food preparation in japan. pride is taken in attending to even the smallest details; rotating the yakitori a quarter turn, periodically transferring each skewer to a region of the grill with a more appropriate temperature, removing it at exactly the right stage of doneness as to be perfectly seared outside and still juicy within. this particular restaurant sources their chicken from a special farm in the oyama mountains, where the chickens drink snow meltwater and eat a special diet. and it's not even the least bit pretentious, because it is so authentic.
